Kat Nouri, the founder and creative director of Modern-twist, grew up in a community that was passionate about nutrition, spirituality and organic farming. She was raised by a father who was a world-class athlete and produce importer, and a spiritual mother with a PHD in Nutrition. Carrying on those nutritious values, Kat is a believer that food, its preparation, and the gatherings bring people of all walks of life together. Modern-twist has built a loyal following of people of all ages and backgrounds, who share our passion for the fantastic food culture. As a mother of three, Kat believes that what you eat is as important as what you eat on. Modern-twist products are free of BPA, latex + chemicals, and leave a minimal foot print. We constantly strive for new ways to bring products to the market that are eco-conscious and provide better options for our everyday choices.
